...or lack there of lately...seriously..i haven't done shit on paper or computer. Mostly remodeling stuff, and building things. SO, things that are kinda difficult to post on deviantart and actually let people get the feel of what I did (especially when we have a crappy camera that only works when it's plugged into an outlet right now....really dumb...)

.....but, none-the-less.....after I clean house tomorrow maybe I'll find time to play around with some pencil and paper. While the whole digital thing is sooo fun to mess with (why else do you think I got a tablet PC?) there's just nothing like charcoal. Good ol' vine charcoal, to be specific......now only if I have some left somewhere?

Other than that? My days have been filled with my full-time job, full-time online 8-week courses, gardening, planning a wedding that commenced 37 days from this date, the new wonders of home ownership and of course the meanderings of a mind that plans for Halloween 365 days a year.

.....so maybe I'll post up my process from my last Halloween, seeing as it was 9 months ago now?

Wow...it has been that long.

This year....I need a video camera. Really, that's the BEST way to convey something of 3D structure that large......

Everyday you log on to deviantart to look at digital renderings, photographs, line art, charcoal, paintings, comics...etc....do you ever think about architecture?

While I may not be an Architecture major anymore, the passion still courses through my veins. Why do you think I do this Halloween thing every year? I'm BUILDING and DESIGNING a structure. ....and when I'm not doing that I'm decorating.

BUT, I think that these things are better left as hobbies, not a job. That way, I still look forward to them everyday.

...not that I don't enjoy my current job. I LOVE it.....but I'm one of those people that can be happy with just about anything.

Well.....I should stop wasting my time...ha ha.
